Shipping & Returns
If you are shopping from outside Canada and the US, please contact me on Facebook or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can quote you on a shipping cost.
Our unique product mix includes custom hand-made products by Mint & Lux and items from suppliers and stores from across North America, Europe and Asia.
Please allow 2-6 weeks for shipping unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Teething necklaces and Mint & Lux custom jewelry and clothing will take approx. 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping.
Mint & Lux custom t-shirts, onesies and luxury baby leggings and beanies (coming early 2017) will take approx 1-2 weeks for delivery.
We ship things out as fast as possible which means you may receive your items in separate packages. You will not be charged any extra shipping fees, we just do this so you can receive your items quickly.
If you order a Mint & Lux teething necklace and are local to White City or Regina and would like to pick up the product, we will not charge you any shipping fees. Please contact us before you order to make arrangements.
Duties & Customs
Our unique product mix includes local products made by Mint & Lux and other local makers as well as products from Canada, USA, Europe and Asia.
Most of our products ship from outside of Canada. And as with any online purchase through any store outside of your home country, products may be subject to duty.
Duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you have made a purchase over $100.00 and are charged duty, please contact me to discuss your options.
Returns & Refunds
At this time, all sales are final, unless you receive the wrong item or a damaged item.
If you received a damaged item or a product with a defect, please contact me immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product at email@example.com.
Please send photos of the damage and from there we will ensure you receive a Refund.
Sometimes mail glitches happen, or packages end up lost in the system.
If you have not received your item within 40 days, please contact us. We will issue a claim with the merchant to track down the package. We will provide you with updates along the way and should know by day 45 if your package is on its way. To complete the claim if the item is still missing, we will have to wait out a full 60 days.
If they cannot find or track the package, you will receive a full refund after 60 days from the day your order was fulfilled.

To sum it all up: If something arrives that is damaged, defective or the wrong item you will get a refund.
If something gets lost and doesn't arrive, you will receive a refund.
